Welcome to Salomon's Karate Studio! Thank you for your interest in our programs. We offer classes for children ages 4 through adults.  We are located at Norton Pines Athletic Club,1350 Judson Road in Spring Lake, MI. 

 

Our Style:

We teach American Karate which is a free style martial art that uses basics from five major systems: Chinese, Korean, Okinawan, Japanese, and American.  This system enables you to work with your body's strengths which can adjust to any given situation with more versatility.

 

Karate is more than self defense. It is an art, a sport, and a way to have fun. The sense of achievement one gains from the mental and physical discipline and the exercise from karate cannot be equaled in any sport. The benefits of karate are, self-defense, self-control, self-confidence, coordination, flexibilty, endurance, discipline, focus, and respect.
